Megan Fox has become, in some ways, a victim of the relentless Hollywood machine and is sort of branching out you know? Trying to contain cliche self loathing, or the appearance of self loathing, and releasing it in some victimorials that say something. I mean, really really say something about how fake Hollywood is. Or, maybe she's talking about how fake we all are for being inclined to fits of fancy because she walks into a restaurant or has one hair out of place. It sure is tough being a doll isn't it? No one ever really appreciates you when your not standing still.

I'm posting this American Rebel themed shoot of Amber Rose because I thought the concept, although slightly overdone, was pulled off very nicely. The shoot is a retelling of the film, "This is England" whose story surrounds skinhead youths in England in the 1980's.  As much as I see and hear about Ms. Rose I still haven't tired of her. Theres something magnetic about her on screen... she seems like a natural actress. Anyway, decide for yourself. Se Lassier a la Amber Rose.

No photoshop techniques were used making this art, only wires, mirrors, acrobatic skills of models and other tricks. "Using a large mirror, three feet square, with a hole in the centre large enough to accommodate my head and neck, I place my head through the hole and 'project' my image onto various historical and urban environments," Mr Wei said. You can find this author in some photos as a model having fun atop  the traffic signs and street lights

Tierney Gearon is a former model whom while traveling the world for gigs stepped behind the camera to take a few snapshots of her very beautiful friends. As these things often do, a door opened up to a photography career in fashion and she delivered taking pictures for I-D Magazine as well billboard shots that ended up in the most ubiquitous of places like Times Square. As this domino quietly fell it met another, and she fell in love, settled down, got divorced and as the second (or is it the third now?) domino fell sanely on the back of the next she found herself a career in the arts. Her pictures are disturbing for their simplicity and depicitons of children. In this world where we are taught that children are constantly being taken advantage of in any way possible these disturb you for their precariousness. Enjoy!

In Honor of their 20th Anniversary, Empire Magazine organized a photo session of epic proportions.  They asked famous actors to revisit their legendary roles.  There are a few preview photos on the Empire website but most of these photos are exclusive thanks to Atticus-Finch over at LiveJournal.  Let's see how many you can remember, hover over the picture for the answer if you can't:

GUIDO ARGENTINI was born in Florence, Italy.
He studied Medicine for three years at the university of Florence. At 23 he decided to turn his passion for photography into a profession and started to shoot fashion and beauty.
Since 1990 he has lived in the USA, in Los Angeles.

His work has been published by some of the leading magazines in the world such as "MarieClaire", "Men'sHealth", "Panorama", "Playboy", "Vogue", "Max", "Maxim" and many others.

So, the other day I posted that Charlotte Gainsbourg video and I thought it was awesome ( you did too :)) and I just thought it was batshit crazy and that was the end of it. Well, apparently not. Apparently the video is collage of alot of funny images that have been floating about the net on FFFFound and some of the most ridiculous images, the floating thing, the cheeseburgers propping things, were inspired by someone called William Hundley. Theres a pretty lively debate going on about whether he's a priss or not. I mean, when you make something and someone else uses your ideas and precedes to get paid for it I'd def feel a certain way. Anyway the debate can be found here. Since I don't know how to describe what he does I wont try, but its awesome and as everything that is mine is yours....
