Lost: The End - Overall thoughts

I recently found out that Lost Ended last Sunday and being a big fan I total didn't see this happen till it's normal air date. Having watched the entire series, I get alot of mixed feelings like I'm sure alot of people do. Some Seasons it was down right addicting to watch and some felt like fillers episodes (but still good), either way the show has it's way of keeping you hooked (for most people) but cuts you smack dab in the middle of things *instrument plays*. I got into Lost around the 3rd season and had no clue what was going on or who was who and what their relation was to the story so I did what anyone else would. (SPOILER ALERT! DO not read on if you don't want to know the ending of the Series)
Started from the begining. Having watched the entire series (thanks to you hulu & netflix instant streaming!) I was able to catch up rather fast.
(Spolier Alert, Do no read further if you don't want to know the ending)

The last episode "The End" ends as Jack entered a church, where he found the empty coffin of his father. Then, his father appeared to him and told him that the events that happened were all real up until now. Then, Christian opens the door to the church and a bright light goes everywhere…
So what does this mean?
The entire sixth season was rather cryptic and hard to understand for alot of people.
Some would say that they were in a purgatory like state and was waiting for Jack to move on to the next life, what do you think?
Also do you think that the ending credits could have any relations to another lost eps "Lost" the lost episode (lol) or a possible future movie that answers all the burning questions that were left unanswered? Would you go and see this movie if it did come out?
